MightyMax is an AI-powered website generation and hosting platform. We create custom websites for businesses based on information you provide, and offer hosting, domain registration, AI assistant, feedback collection, and ongoing management services. By using MightyMax, you agree to these terms.
Website Only ($29 one-time): Includes AI-generated website with 3 design options and unlimited revisions after purchase. You receive downloadable website files to host anywhere.
Full Package ($54 Year 1): Includes the AI-generated website ($29), domain registration ($15), one year of hosting ($10), AI assistant, feedback collection, QR code, and business dashboard. These are introductory prices; regular pricing is $99/year.
Renewal ($99/year): After the first year, the full package renews at $99/year, which includes continued hosting, domain renewal, AI assistant, and all updates. You may cancel at any time.
You may preview your generated website designs before making any payment. No credit card is required to view your preview. You are under no obligation to purchase after previewing. We generate up to three design options for you to choose from.
After purchase, you may request unlimited revisions to your website. For full package subscribers, updates can be made by sending a text message to your MightyMax assistant. We will make reasonable efforts to implement your requested changes promptly. Revisions are limited to content and styling changes within the existing website structure.
You own the content you provide to us (business descriptions, images, text). You own the final website generated for your business and may export it at any time. MightyMax retains rights to the underlying website generation technology, templates, and AI models. You grant MightyMax a license to host and display your content as part of operating the service.
You agree not to use MightyMax to create websites that contain illegal content, promote violence or discrimination, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or engage in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove websites that violate these guidelines.
The AI assistant on your website provides automated responses based on the information you provide about your business. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for ensuring the information your AI assistant communicates is correct. The feedback collection feature collects customer input on your behalf — you are responsible for how you use this data in compliance with applicable laws.
If you purchase the full package, we register a domain name on your behalf. The domain is registered in your name and you are the legal owner. Domain availability is subject to third-party registrar policies. If you cancel your subscription, you may transfer the domain to another registrar.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your website remains live until the end of your current billing period. The one-time website purchase ($29) is non-refundable once designs have been generated. Full package fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but will not renew.
MightyMax provides its services "as is." While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of MightyMax after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
